Rev. Dr. Danny & Arlean Jack Seminarian Scholarship Jack Fund
This particular endowment fund is in honor of Rev. Dr. Danny and Arlean Jack, established by the Alliance of Asian American Baptist Churches made possible by a generous gift made by First Chinese Baptist Church of Fresno, CA. After 48 years of ministry, Dr. Jack has retired after faithfully serving in a multitude of contexts – including but no limited to counseling, community organizing, work with refugees and immigrants, shepherding, and preaching.

His care has blessed countless people, shining the light of Jesus to all he encountered. Arlean Jack, now a retired nurse, has been a partner in ministry with equal faithfulness. Always willing to step in with her creative and musical talents, her ministry has also been deeply appreciated. In recognition of the Jacks’ history of uplifting God’s beloved children and having encouraged many towards Christian leadership, this endowment fund will continue that legacy.
